Gala Preview
Thursday, November 16, 7-10 pm
This special fundraising pre-show event opens the floor to discriminating buyers. Come join us for the Sea of Pearls Gala Preview celebration of the Carnegie Gem & Mineral Show. Be the first to see spectacular gems, minerals, and jewelry from some of the world's most prestigious retailers. Start your holiday shopping early! Benefit Auction
There will be no mineral auction at this year's show. However, former CMNH mineral specimens are still available for purchase. Check out the online auctions presented by Argentum Auctioneers – click to visit their Web site.

Door Prize

Exhibit Competition
Some of the most prized gems & minerals in North America are on display as invited exhibitors and museums display their unique collections. In a secondary category, gem and mineral clubs compete against each other with aesthetically pleasing club displays. Significant cash prizes are awarded to the best individual and club exhibits. Prizes were awarded at 1:00 pm on Sunday in the Music Hall Foyer.

Carnegie Museum of Natural History is open Tuesday-Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm, and Sunday from 12 pm to 5 pm. Except for July and August, the Museum is closed on Mondays.
