In addition
to individual and club displays, visitors can expect a parade of
events to grace the show floor—see the show program for specific
times.

Thursday, November 16, 7-10 pm
This special fundraising pre-show event opens the floor to discriminating
buyers. Come join us for the Sea of Pearls
Gala Preview celebration of the Carnegie Gem & Mineral
Show. Be the first to see spectacular gems, minerals, and jewelry
from some of the world's most prestigious retailers. Start your
holiday shopping early! Guests will enjoy a catered reception in
addition to the exciting Pearl theme. Click
here for ticket contact information.

There will be no mineral auction at this year's show. However, former CMNH mineral specimens are still available for purchase. Check out the online auctions presented by Argentum Auctioneers – click to visit their Web site.

PETIT TRESOR STUDIO again donated a necklace for this year's Door Prize. Pictured here is winner Kaye Byrne of Pittsburgh (left) receiving her prize from show chair Debra Wilson (right).

Some of the most prized gems & minerals in North America are on display as invited exhibitors and museums display their unique
collections. In a secondary category, gem and mineral clubs
compete against each other with aesthetically pleasing club displays.
Significant cash prizes are awarded to the best individual and
club exhibits. Prizes were awarded at 1:00 pm on Sunday in the Music Hall Foyer.
Congratulations
to the 2006 Winners!
